RAI Wins Navy LIIS CMDS Prime Award, $249.9M Ceiling

Arlington, VA, June 16, 2026: Response AI Solutions Expands Its Navy Logistics Footprint with a Prime Award on the LIIS CMDS Multiple Award Contract.

Response AI Solutions (RAI) is proud to announce a prime contractor award under the U.S. Navy's Logistics IT Integration and Support (LIIS) Capability Modernization, Deployment, and Support (CMDS) Multiple Award Contract, administered through NAVAIR.

Under Contract N6852026D1061 (solicitation N6852024R0020), RAI secured a position on the small business set-aside lot of this indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) vehicle. The contract carries a cumulative ceiling of $249.9M across all awardees and a five-year ordering period running June 15, 2026 through June 14, 2031.

LIIS CMDS extends a mission RAI already delivers in the field. As a prime on WEXMAC 2.2 TITUS and Navy SeaPort NxG, RAI provides global logistics at mission speed, from fleet operations and base operations support to supply distribution across surge sites and remote locations. LIIS CMDS adds the data and IT backbone behind that work, spanning Naval Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul; Naval Supply Chain Management; Naval Product Lifecycle Management; the Logistics Integrated Data Environment; and Integration and Infrastructure within the integrated platform and DevSecOps pipeline.

This award reflects the growing demand for scalable, integrated logistics modernization across the Navy enterprise, and it pairs RAI's operational experience with the technology platform and contract infrastructure to execute where it counts. As a LIIS CMDS prime, RAI is positioned to compete for and deliver task orders on a firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and cost-reimbursable basis across the full scope of the requirement.
