Arlington, VA – April 2026 — Response AI Solutions, LLC (RAI) supported emergency lodging and repatriation operations for U.S. government personnel and their families returning from the Middle East during recent conflict-driven evacuations. These operations were executed under our WEXMAC contract vehicle, providing critical housing coordination, logistics, and case management services upon arrival.
As U.S. personnel were repatriated under urgent conditions, immediate access to safe, compliant lodging became a primary operational requirement. RAI coordinated temporary housing solutions in alignment with federal travel regulations, ensuring individuals and families were received, sheltered, and stabilized upon entry into the United States.
Under these operations, RAI delivered end-to-end repatriation support services, including intake and eligibility verification, rapid lodging placement, transportation coordination, financial processing, and case management. Services were executed under compressed timelines and evolving arrival schedules, requiring real-time coordination across federal and local stakeholders.
RAI’s ability to rapidly secure lodging, manage repatriation workflows, and support displaced individuals at scale demonstrates a proven operational model for emergency response and life support services.
This effort serves as an additional indicator of success when paired with RAI’s ongoing large-scale repatriation and emergency lodging missions, as demonstrated under its role as Prime Contractor on the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Human Services Emergency Preparedness and Response (OHSEPR) Repatriation Case Management and Financial Support Services (RCMFSS) contract. While distinct from the WEXMAC contract vehicle, the RCMFSS program reflects the same core capabilities applied across emergency response missions.
This effort represents more than mission support — it reflects RAI’s capability to deliver emergency response solutions that ensure U.S. personnel and their families are safely received and supported during times of crisis.
