Response AI Solutions LLC Selected as Contract Holder on Missile Defense Agency SHIELD IDIQ

Arlington, VA – December 19^th, 2025 — Response AI is pleased to announce it was awarded a contract for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling of $151B. This contract encompasses a broad range of work areas that allows for the rapid delivery of innovative capabilities to the warfighter with increased speed and agility.

As a SHIELD contract holder, RAI is eligible to compete for future task orders supporting the Agency’s mission to defend the United States, its deployed forces, allies, and partners against evolving missile and advanced aerial threats.
