Arlington, VA – September 25^th, 2025 — Response AI Solutions, LLC (RAI) announced today that it has been awarded a five-year federal contract valued at more than $20 million by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Human Services Emergency Preparedness and Response (OHSEPR). Under this award, Team GER will provide comprehensive Repatriation Case Management and Financial Support Services to U.S. citizens and their dependents returning from overseas.

Under this award, Team GER will provide nationwide Repatriation Case Management and Financial Support Services to U.S. citizens and their dependents returning from overseas due to crisis, hardship, or other extraordinary circumstances. Services will include intake and eligibility verification, case management, financial assistance and reimbursement processing, housing and transportation coordination, medical and behavioral health referrals, and transition planning.
